On the rare chance that you do encounter a quality issue, we will be glad to correct this. Please contact customer service to receive a return authorization label, email@example.com.
All purchases from an outside retailer other than our website must be returned to that retailer and will not be accepted for refund or exchange by Around the Collar.
All potential returns must be sent to us PREPAID. We will not accept CODs, or third party billing for merchandise which is returned. Returned merchandise will be credited as deemed by the company less any shipping and handling charge previous incurred. Any exchanged merchandise will be charged a NEW shipping and handling charge as deemed necessary by the company, but not more than the original shipping and handling charges.
Around the Collar reserves the right to deny any credit or exchange, if, upon receipt, the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser at the purchaser's cost. Please allow up to three weeks for processing any return PLEASE NOTE: All Shipping and/or handling charges are non-refundable. Exchange and return policies are subject to change without notice.
